Hello Everyone!!! Today the Survival Squad went to Refugio. We colored pictures, played soccer, played basket ball, sang songs, talked with them about God, and so much more. Thank you to Camp X-treme for letting us join you at Refugio. On our way to the park site we adopted a new member of our team. He ‘s very nice and juicy, his name is Orange and he is a pineapple. At the Park site we had a very good day. The kids were pretty much well behaved. We had a great water balloon fight, ending with many folks being soaked. Our skit went well specially because Brandon got soaked. Over all there were many wonderful moments and memories, Love Olivia

Camp EXTREME is off to a fun start at their sites! Day 1 on Saturday started at Refugio De Amor, a home for men with cognitive disabilities. We were joined by a team of college students from Azusa Pacific University. At Refugio we shot basketballs, kicked soccer balls, colored pictures and sang songs with the men. Sofia has been extra awesome by doubling as our translator for the day! The church site was not quite ready for us, but we met with one of the neighbors and the pastor’s wife- we are excited to start with them on Sunday after their church service!
Hello Michigan, we had a fun filled day packed with lots of activities. We had a team of 10 go hiking and a group of 15 go to the Colorado River historical park. We are all exhausted and every kid but me is asleep (Anna) there will be a more detailed description of our day tomorrow after we get a bit of rest.
Just a quick update the whole team has made it safely to Yuma. We just ate dinner at In and Out Burger or Panada Express. We all walked there to get some fresh air. Everyone is back at hotel to have some down time and get some much needed rest.

The house is coming along great. The the team pushing hard to put the finishing touches on the house. The roof is on and almost all the drywall is done. The shower and bathroom are coming along. The kitchen counter and sink are going in. The last of the lighting is being installed. The skylight is in the ceiling.The house is under budget and the build team was able to buy some paint and supplies for painting. Also with some tile for the shower and kitchen area. God is great.
The build team is going strong with the help of many locals. Framing is about done. We are about to start drywalling and waiting for roofing panels to get here to put the roof on this afternoon. The electrical is all wired. Joe and Mackenzie have done a great job getting wires pulled and now are working on getting plugs and fixtures wired up. Les has the plumbing underground done and most of it ran into the house. More photos to come.
We are currently in line at the downtown crossing ready to head back to LA. Please prayer for a smooth crossing and a safe trip to LA and then home. More updates to come soon. Thank you for all the continued prayers and support.
