Although they haven’t sent a written update yet, we do have some photos to share!

The autism center requested that the team paint their wall!

Our park team, Addy, Stacy, Mady, Kelly, James, Matthew, Brandi, Harmony and Bethany, has been visiting with a Home for Disabled Men the past two days. Yesterday was their first time meeting them, and everyone got along extremely well. The men are a lot of fun, they love playing with balls and coloring. Today they shared our ministry with them and the men listened to the story of Esther, and colored some coloring sheets and the team had a very good time.

The teams have all had a chance to check out their first ministry sites this morning. We are all learning the lay of the land and are excited to see what the afternoon has in store for us! 

We have arrived at camp, set up tents and are enjoying dinner with our Mexico Outreach friends. We will enjoy some worship before turning in for our first night in Mexicali! 

We are though the border! Next stop – camp Cuernavaca! 

We are at the border heading to camp. The line is long and we have had a busy day. Our spirits are high and we are anxious to start our ministry.

Spent some time at Mission Beach this afternoon. We practiced playing with the parachutes for VBS and finished with an hilarious game of Red Rover. 

The build team spent the day running errands and having some team time as well, hosted by Mike Houghten.

Tonight we make some final preparations before we focus on our mission and leave for Mexico in the morning.
